How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Extendedlines Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Extendedlines Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Extendedlines Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@extendedlines.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
