Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Extendedlines Mold Help wants extendedlines.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Use plain, simple language
  • Label form fields clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@extendedlines.garden and we will do what we can to assist.

Tell Us What You Found

We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@extendedlines.garden and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know

We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
